There is a reason why drone photography and videography is so popular in the residential real estate. Not only can it provide beautiful imagery of the home and property, but if done well it gives an entire viewing experience and significantly increases the chances of a sale. Often times that sale is quicker and above list price. 
 
There is another reason why we use a mix between aerial imagery and standard ground based imagery… the buyer gets the opportunity to see perspectives of the home that they cannot get otherwise. Views of the roofing, siding, gutters, chimney’s are areas that every prospect homebuyer appreciates.  Being able to situate the home in relationship to the neighboring properties gives answers many questions for the homebuyer.  And having high quality stabilized footage of the interior and exterior makes a house feel like a home.

Certainly we want to provide the beautiful images and video of the property especially if the owner is attracting new tenants or customers. But an investor wants to see the structural heath and integrity of the property just as much as they want to see the features. Our goal is to be able to provide both aspects using ground based photo/video, drone operations, and even 2D or 3D modeling.

LOTS, LAND, AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT

Developers and Large Acre Property Managers reap the benefits of aerial and drone based photography or videography. Often times the land may not have access by standard vehicle which makes it difficult for a potential developer, investor, or buyer to have all of the information they need. 

We use drones and in some cases even small aircrafts to gather pictures, videos, and mapping options. Mapping options include Orthomosaic 2D images or Photogrammetry 3D maps to the grading to life. Although this is not a certified survey, using drones and our technology can help understand the overall topography and surface conditions. Often times the developer will utilize this reporting in conjunction with their Civil Engineering Drawings. 

We have also found that agents who utilize drone imagery on their listings tend to sell the property faster and for a higher purchase price. This is because the buyer has more action-able information based rather than the standard listing that shows and open field with their agent’s advertisement sign on it. There is nothing compelling nor informative of those types of listings.
