Ground Based Photo/Video: $150 per hour. Minimum (4) hour blocks.
Drone Based Photo/Video: $175 per hour. Minimum (4) hour blocks.
Ground Based Photo/Video: $995 includes up to (8) hours. $150 each additional hour
Drone Based Photo/Video: $1500 includes up to (8) hours. $200 each additional hour

Real Estate Packages
BASIC RESIDENTIAL REAL-ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
- $150 for 15 interior HDR images, $10 for each additional image
- $175 for a simple 60 second video, interiors and aerial, minimal titles
- Bundle Basic Photos and 60 second video $275
Includes drone aerials, exterior, interiors & editing
COMMERCIAL REAL-ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
- $325 for up to 25 interiors and exterior images
- $475 for up to 25 interior and exterior images and 30 second video
BUNDLE PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
- All of our Real-Estate photography products include drone aerial photography, basic editing, and your logo/title/contact
TURN-KEY COMMERCIAL MARKETING PACKAGE:
- Includes aerial photographs
- Complete video package, aerials, exterior, interiors, royalty free music and basic titles
- $500 per finished minute (minimum $1200)
- This package includes full editing, color grading, logo’s, contact info titles, and additional information. Ideal for residential and commercial real estate.
AERIAL VIDEOGRAPHY
We have several options for shooting aerial videography. Depending on the project we can offer budget saving single operator basic unedited footage. Every project is different and have their own unique requirements.
Phantom 4 Pro, single operator
- $300 per hour on site, one hour minimum
- $800 Half Day Rate up to 4 hours, $150 for each additional hour
- Operations Requiring additional staff are $150 per hour each additional person/hr
